The µPD703101-33 and µPD703102-33 are members of the V850 FamilyTM of 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers designed for real-time control operations. These microcontrollers provide on-chip features, including a 32-bit CPU core, ROM, RAM, interrupt controller, real-time pulse unit, serial interface, A/D converter, and DMA controller. The µPD703100-33 and µPD703100-40 are ROM-less versions of the µPD703101-33 and µPD703102-33 products.

The µPD703100-A33, µPD703100-A40, µPD703101-A33, and µPD703102-A33 are also available as products having a 3.3-V power supply for external pins.
