DESCRIPTION

The µPC3018 and 3025 are low-saturation type regulators with an output current of 1 A at respective output voltages of 1.8 and 2.5 V. These regulators are also provided with an ON/OFF function, which reduces the dissipation when there is no load, making them ideal for systems requiring low power consumption.

• Low minimum voltage difference between input and output (VDIF = 0.5 V MAX. (when IO = 0.5 A))
