NCP7662是一个行业标准的引脚兼容的升级TC7660电荷泵电压转换器。它转换为+1.5V至+15V输入相应的-1.5至-15V输出,使用只有两个低成本电容,消除了电感器和其相关的成本,大小和电磁干扰。板上振荡器工作在标称频率为10kHz。频率提高到35kHz的引脚1连接到V+时,允许使用更小的外部电容器。低于10千赫的操作(更低的电源电流的应用),也可以通过连接从OSC接地的外部电容(针1个开放式)。NCP7662是8引脚DIP和8引脚小外形(SO)的商业和扩展温度范围的软件包。特点•宽工作电压范围:1.5V至15V
