ThecontrolICandcoilareintegratedtoachieveminiaturization,

andaspace-savingpowersupplycanbeconfiguredsimplybyadding

twoexternalcapacitors.Inaddition,theultra-lowcurrentconsumptioncircuit

andPFMcontrolmethodrealizehighefficiencywithalightload.

Aoperatingvoltagerangeof1.8Vto6.0Venablessupportforapplicationsthatrequireaninternallyfixedoutputvoltage

from0.5Vto3.60V.Ithasabuilt-inUVLO(UnderVoltageLockOut)function,theinternalP-channel

MOSdrivertransistorandN-channelMOSdrivertransistorareturnedOFFwheninputvoltageisbelowtheUVLO

detectionvoltage.TheMYRLP-F-RDintegratesCLdischargefunctionwhichenablestheelectricchargeatthe

outputcapacitorCLtobedischargedviatheinternaldischargeswitchlocatedbetweentheVOUTandGND.

Whenthedevicesenterstand-bymode,outputvoltagequicklyreturnstotheVSSlevelasaresultofthisfunction.
