GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The MA7500 is a high performance, low noise, single phase, full wave brushless motor

driver with PWM input for motor speed control, suitable for fan and blower motors.

The MA7500 features the soft-start function to prevent motor inrush current. To protect the motor

coil, it provides rotor lock protection which turn-off the outputs when rotor lock is detected. The

device automatically re-starts with soft-start when the rotor lock condition is removed. The

MA7500 provides DC or PWM signal input to control fan speed and the rotation frequency is

generated by FG output. The device is available in TSSOP14L-EP package.
