General Description

The MAX420, 421, 422, and 423 are a series of ±15V CMOS chopper-stabilized amplifiers, designed for high accuracy amplification, signal conditioning and instrumentation applications. these devices offer input offset and drift specification superior to previous precision bipolar amplifiers and monolithic choppers. The maximum offset is 5.0 μV while the guaranteed drift limit is 0.05μV/°C.
