MX7520

CMOS、14和12位乘法DAC

MX7520和MX7521均为低成本CMOS乘法数模转换器(DAC),分别具有10位和12位分辨率。两款DAC均采用+5V至+15V电源供电,功耗仅为20mW。薄膜电阻提供0.3%(典型值)的不可调整增益误差和10 ppm/°C(典型值)的增益温度系数。所有数字输入均与CMOS和TTL逻辑电平兼容。Maxim的MX7520和MX7521与ADI的AD7520和AD7521电气和引脚兼容。MX7520采用16引脚DIP封装,而MX7521采用18引脚DIP封装。两款器件还采用小型(SO)封装。\n\n   • 10或12位分辨率\n\n• 8、9和10位端点线性度\n\n• 低功耗:20mW\n\n• TTL和CMOS兼容\n\n• 引脚替代选择;
