LM199/LM299/LM399/LM3999精密基准一般描述该LM199系列精密,温度稳定提供温度系数的因素单片齐纳二极管十比齐纳二极管更好的高品质的参考。构建在一个单芯片是温度稳定电路齐纳和积极的参考。主动电路降低齐纳的动态阻抗约0.5瓦,并允许齐纳操作超过0.5mA到10mA电流范围基本上没有电压或温度变化系数。此外,一个新的地下结构使齐纳低噪声和出色的长期稳定性比普通单片齐纳二极管。该软件包是配备有热盾,以减少功耗,提高温度加热器监管。LM199系列的引用是非常容易使用和自由的,常常遇到的问题与普通齐纳二极管。
