LM358DT内部结构:由两个独立的、高增益且内部频率补偿的运算放大器组成,可在宽电压范围内单电源工作,每个通道的电源电流很低,且基本与电源电压无关。
主要特性:具有较大的直流电压增益,典型值为 100dB;单位增益带宽为 1.1MHz(温度补偿);输入偏置电流低,为 20nA(温度补偿);输入失调电压低,为 2mV;差分输入电压范围等于电源电压;输出电压摆幅较大,为 0V 至(VCC+ - 1.5V)。
电源电压范围:单电源工作时为 3V 至 32V,双电源工作时为 ±1.5V 至 ±16V。 |
