该LM2633是一种功能丰富的IC,可将三个监管机构控制器-两个电流模式同步降压稳压器控制器和一个线性稳压控制器。两个开关稳压控制器操作180°阶段。此功能降低输入纹波电流有效值,造成了较小的输入滤波器。第一个开关控制器(通道1)采用了英特尔移动CPU兼容的精度为5位数字至模拟转换器该方案的输出电压从0.925V2.00V。这也符合要求的动态VID兼容。第二个开关控制器(通道2)可调为1.25V至6.0V之间。使用同步整流和脉冲跳转动作在轻载实现在宽负载范围内实现高效率。固定工作频率可通过禁用脉冲跳跃模式。电流模式反馈控制,保证出色的线路和负载调节和一个很好的回应宽的环路带宽快速负载瞬
