The EL5127, EL5227, EL5327, and EL5427 are low power, high voltage rail-to-rail input/output buffers designed for use in reference voltage buffering applications in small LCD displays. They are available in quad (EL5127), octal (EL5227), 10-channel (EL5327), and 12-channel (EL5427) topologies. All buffers feature a -3dB bandwidth of 2.5MHz and operate from just 133µA per buffer. This family also features a continuous output drive capability of 30mA (sink and source).
