18V/2-2.5A高压同步降压转换器

ETA1483/1483B是一款非常通用的工作电压达18V，输出电流达2/2.5A，能量转换效率达95%的高压同步降压转换器。脚位和外围应用与通用的MPS1482完全相同。同时在MPS1482的基础上，增加了轻载高效功能，和输入OVP，使得ETA1483待机功耗从10mA量级降到了1mA，同时可以耐受高达30V的高压脉冲。ETA1483采用SOP8封装，可输出2A电流。而ETA1483B采用ESOP8封装，可输出2.5A电流。 ·宽输入电压4.2-18V\n·1483输出2A电流\n·1483B输出2.5A电流\n·转换效率高达95%\n·轻载高效，待机电流1mA20V输入过压保护\n·耐受输入峰值电压达30V\n·基准电压0.923V;
