ET4002MC/MTC是一款高性能，低成本的8位单片机，它是内置4K/8K*16bit OTP ROM、内置5MHz高精度晶振、13个通用IO或键扫描口以及发射电路的遥控器控制芯片。可选内置驱动电路(ET4002MTC)或外置三极管驱动电路(ET4002MC)。\r\n\r\n 　ET4002MC/MTC适用场合：普通遥控器或普通IO控制器的控制主片。 • 8-bit微控制器，53条字指令\r\n• 内置4K/8K*16bit OTP程序存储器，512byte数据存储器\r\n• 内核工作电压范围为2.0V到3.6V\r\n• 内置5MHz振荡器，频率可以微调\r\n• CPU主频在电压范围（2.0V~3.6V），温度范围（-20℃~70℃）内误差小于±1%\r\n• 静态电流小于1.0µA（关闭T-type扫描）或1.0µA（T-type键盘扫描开启时）\r\n• 8级硬件堆栈\r\n• 3个中断源（内部：2个定时中断，外部：1个外部中断（13个IO共享））\r\n• 13个IO端口可以任意配置1~13bit通用I/O 或者1~13;
