Description

BTD21520 is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with

peak 4-A source current and peak 6-A sink current.It

isolates primary-side from secondary-side by a 5k Vrms

reinforced isolation barrier.

Internal functional isolation between the two secondary-

side output channels allows a operating voltage of

up to 1850 VDC. The driver can be configured as two lowside

drivers, two high-side drivers, or a half-bridge driver

with programmable dead time (DT). Certain models

include disable (DIS) pin. When the DIS pin is set high, it

shuts down both outputs simultaneously. When the DIS
