DESCRIPTION

The AL1G17 Single Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The AL1G17 device contains one buffer and performs the Boolean function Y=A.

The CMOS AL1G17 has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad Vcc operating Range.

The AL1G17 functions as an independent buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the device has different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative going (VT-) signals to provide hysteresis (ΔVT) which makes the device tolerant to slow or noisy input signals.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.

The AL1G17 is available in SOT 25 and SC70 5

packages.
