provides 65536 bits of serial electrically

erasable and programmable read only memory

(EEPROM) organized as 8192 word s of 8 bits each.

The

A24C64 is optimized for use in many industrial

and commercial applications where low po wer and

low vo ltage operations are essential.

The

A24C64 offers an additional pag e named the

Identification Page (32 bytes). The Iden tification

Page can be used to store sensitive applic ation

parameters which can be (Iater) permanen tly

locked in Read on ly mode.

The

A24C64 is available in SOP8, TSSOP8, DFN8,

DIP8 and TSOT 25 packages.
