The SLX160A0XY3 Digital DLynxIIITM power module

is a non-isolated dc-dc converter that can deliver

up to 160A of output current when used in

conjunction with a MLX series module. It operates

over a wide input voltage range from 7.0VDC to

14VDC and provides precisely regulated output

voltage programmable from 0.45VDC to 2.0VDC via

PMBusTM set through the master module. The

master module employs an advanced PID based

adjustable digital control loop which ensures loop

stability, provides fast transient response and

reduces amount of required output capacitance.

Up to 160A of Master phase modules can be

connected in parallel to form a high current

common rail or a second stand-alone bus. Main

features include: digital PMBusTM interface,

programmable enable logic and control, cycle-bycycle

output current monitoring, input and output

under-voltage and over-voltage protections, undertemperature

and over-temperature protections

and more. The SLX160A0XY3 power module is

highly configurable, and yet easy to use. See table
