ADG1608/ADG1609均为单芯片CMOS模拟多路复用器，分别内置8个单通道和4个差分通道。ADG1608根据3位二进制地址线A0、A1和A2所确定的地址，将8路输入之一切换至公共输出。ADG1609根据2位二进制地址线A0和A1所确定的地址，将4路差分输入之一切换至公共差分输出。两款器件均提供EN输入，用来使能或禁用器件。禁用时，所有通道均关断。\n\n 当接通时，各开关在两个方向的导电性能相同，输入信号范围可扩展至电源电压范围。在断开条件下，等于电源电压的信号电平被阻止。所有开关均为先开后合式。设计本身具有低电荷注入特性，当开关数字输入时，可实现较小的瞬变。\n\n • 导通电阻：4.5 Ω（典型值）\n\n• 导通电阻平坦度：1 Ω\n\n• 连续电流最高达470 mA\n\n• 双电源供电：±3.3 V至±8 V\n\n\n\n• 单电源供电：3.3 V至16 V\n\n• 无需VL电源\n\n• 3 V逻辑兼容输入\n\n• 轨到轨工作\n\n• 16引脚TSSOP和16引脚、3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP封装;
