低功耗可调UV和OV监控器,采用400 mV 0.275%基准电压源

ADCMP671电压监控器由两个低功耗、高精度比较器和基准电压源电路组成。这款器件专为监控和报告电源欠压及过压故障而设计,采用1.7 V至5.5 V电源供电,最大功耗仅8.55 μA,因此适合低功耗系统监控和便携式应用。低输入偏置电流和基准电压使电阻可调UV和OV阈值低至400 mV。ADCMP671有两个开漏输出:PWRGD输出指示电源在UV和OV窗口内,OV输出指示电源过压。该输出组合允许用户通过N + 1个处理器输入/输出(I/O)对N个电源进行窗口监控。各输出保证在工作温度范围内吸电流能力大于5 mA。\n\n ADCMP671采用6引脚TSOT封装。工作温度范围为-40°C • 通过最少处理器I/O进行窗口监控 \n\n• 单独监控N个供电轨仅需N + 1个处理器I/O \n\n• VDD = 3.3 V、25°C时阈值为400 mV ± 0.275% \n\n• 电源电压范围:1.7 V至5.5 V \n\n• 低静态电流:8.55 μA(最大值) \n\n• 输入范围包括地电位;
