DESCRIPTION These are premium PNPN controlled switches intended for use in applications requiring a high degree of reliability assurance. The JAN types are specified under MIL-S19500/198, and are inclued in MIL-STD-701 as recommended tyypes for military usage.

This Silicon Controlled Rectifier is packaged in TO-5 package, which has an average on-state current of 1.25 A.\n\n Available as High Reliability device per MIL-PRF-19500 indicate –HR suffix after the part number. Contact for -HR flow. Add \"PBF\" suffix for Pb-free lead finish.
