MAX1747三重电荷泵DC-DC转换器提供通过积极所需的稳定电压矩阵薄膜晶体管(TFT)液晶显示器(LCD)的低调的TSSOP封装。一个大功率和两个低功率电荷泵转换+2.7V至+4.5V输入电源电压为三个独立输出电压。小学高功率电荷泵产生一个4.5V和5.5V之间,也就是输出电压(VOUT)稳定在±1%。低功率BiCMOS控制电路和低导通电阻(RON)电源MOSFET的最大化效率。可调开关频率(200kHz至2MHz)提供了快速瞬态响应,并允许使用小的低调陶瓷电容器。独立调节的双低功率电荷泵一个积极的输出(VPOS)和一个负输出(VNEG)。这些额外的输出使用外部二极管和电容倍增器阶
