The products range from IGBT, Mosfet, power transistors, small signal transistors, Schottky diodes, Zener diodes, Rectifier diodes including high voltage and Ultra fast recovery, SCR's including high voltage 2200 volts, Triac's including gate sensitive versions, TVS diodes, the Transhield TVS with zero slope resistance and the Telecom Sidac protector wafers including advanced specifications including the Bellcore 1089. Transys has a full range of processing capability, Diffusion for both Planar and Mesa products, both advanced lon implantation and more rugged Gas and Film dopants are used, Photolithography, . plasma and chemical etch, plus sputtering and evaporated metal systems with dicing all onsite in the UK.
